This page covers privacy and terms for wristream.com, for the Wristream waitlist, and, once it is available, for the Wristream app. Wristream is a product of 529 Tech LLC ("529 Tech", "we", "us").
Nothing directly. There are no accounts, no sign-up forms, no analytics, no advertising, and no cookies set by us. You can read every page without telling us anything.
Three third parties do receive a request when you load a page, which is unavoidable in how the site is built and served:
We do not receive, store, or have access to any of it, and none of it is combined with anything else, because we hold nothing else about you.
The waitlist and enquiry buttons open your own email client. There is no form and no database behind them. If you write to us, we hold your email address and whatever you chose to put in the message.
When the app becomes available, it is expected to process the following. You will be asked to grant each permission separately, and you can decline or withdraw any of them from your device settings.

We may update this page, and the date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will publish a substantive update before the app launches, and we will notify waitlist subscribers by email of any material change affecting them.
By using this site or joining the waitlist, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Additional terms may apply to the app when it is released, and to study participation, which is governed by your consent form.

Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, an order, or a contract. It does not guarantee access, and it creates no obligation on either side. We may change, delay, or abandon the product, and we may close the waitlist. You can leave at any time by asking.
Joining the waitlist does not enrol you in the research study, and taking part in the study does not give you early access to the product. They are separate.
